The Pool House

At this time, Kurk Homes can only construct these add-on plans in conjunction with a full house plan. All of our homes start in the $500s, these additions are priced accordingly along with the full home plan.

Designed with its name in mind, the Pool House is a stand-alone casita design that has dual entries for both bathroom and game room access. The living area includes a large countertop with a fully functional wet bar, complete with an under-counter fridge and a sink. The kitchenette also can function to serve guests underneath the vaulted covered patio with a bar-height countertop top attached to the bottom of the window. With a separate office or bedroom space from the game room, the Pool House can host long or short-term guests as well.
