At this time, Kurk Homes can only construct these add-on plans in conjunction with a full house plan. All of our homes start in the $500s, these additions are priced accordingly along with the full home plan.

With only two bedrooms and an open concept living and kitchen area, the Magnolia Farmhouse packs quite a punch in just over 1500 square feet. The flex room can double as a study, dining, or bunk room when needed, and the large welcoming front porch create the illusion of a much larger home when inside. The screened porch off of the kitchen creates an outdoors dining area when the weather is cool, or just a nice sitting area for family members and guests. This elevation boasts a metal roof and James Hardie lap-siding, adding to the quaint farmhouse charm.
