The Legacy Ranch Casita

At this time, Kurk Homes can only construct these add-on plans in conjunction with a full house plan. All of our homes start in the $500s, these additions are priced accordingly along with the full home plan.

One of the larger detached living suite designs, the Legacy Ranch Casita features a large living area with a kitchenette, full-size bedroom, full bathroom, and walk-in closet. With universal design elements such as 3' wide doors, a roll-in recessed shower, and grab bars, the casita can serve as a comfortable and accessible living space for aging parents or individuals with disabilities. With the convenience of three full-lite exterior doors, the living room opens to the garage, front yard, and back yard.
