The Cottage

At this time, Kurk Homes can only construct these add-on plans in conjunction with a full house plan. All of our homes start in the $500s, these additions are priced accordingly along with the full home plan.

Designed as a fully functioning smaller home, the Cottage maximizes the use of space in the less than 1200 square feet living area, yet contains a full-size kitchen with stove and full-height refrigerator, eat-in island with a sink and dishwasher, casual dining plus living room space and an oversized single car garage. The home has two entrances, through a formal foyer as well as a mud entry from the garage into the side of the kitchen. A stackable washer and dryer in the pantry and a powder for guests add to the feeling of an entire home, both comfortable and independent living. The accessible master en suite includes an oversized walk-in closet, walk-in or roll-in shower design, and plenty of vanity space.
