The Retreat

At this time, Kurk Homes can only construct these add-on plans in conjunction with a full house plan. All of our homes start in the $500s, these additions are priced accordingly along with the full home plan.

At just under 1400 square feet, the Retreat is the largest of the casita designs and features a large great room for living and formal dining with views of the wrap-around porch. A set of double glass doors is the entry point into the great room with a large fireplace as the focal point of the room. The full-size kitchen is complete with a 36" range, sink under a window, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a huge pantry. A powder is available for guests, and the full-size washer and dryer are behind a set of double doors in the hallway to the master suite. Universally designed for people that may need further accessibility, the master bathroom has a large vanity space and oversized shower.
